IYVENGAR YOGA – Suitable for all fitness levels. Develop a sense of calm and feel a reduction of stress through the practice of YOGA.  Iyvengar yoga involves a series of guided postures, breathing techniques and mediation. The instructor is Sue.

RAPID REVOLUTION SPIN PLUS – Based on the Schwinn Indoor Cycling techniques, these classes will motivate you to reach your personal best. Indoor cycling intervals combined with cardio, strength, core, balance and flexibility intervals done off the bike. The instructor is Lesley.

ZUMBA® – A cardio and toning workout all in one.  ZUMBA® is based on basic Latin dance steps, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, flamenco, samba, hip – hop, reggae and more.  The beauty is there is no right or wrong way to do it - feel the music and move with it.  Fitness like you have never experienced before. The instructors are from Bella Ghita Fitness.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT – This class consists of cardiovascular and resistance training intervals.  The focus is on conditioning your body and working to your full potential.  Participate in a variety of cardio exercises, athletic moves, resistance training and core work.  Perfect workout for all fitness levels. The instructor is Ming.

KI AIKIDO – Shin Sin Toitsu Aikido or Aikido with Ki, is a Japanese martial art  which has become internationally recognized for its ability to teach people an extremely effective way to handle conflict and crisis in their daily lives.

Literally translated as “The Way of Harmony”, Aikido, utilizes an opponent’s strength and energy against them and is ideal for  people of all ages, size and gender.

Considered a defensive martial art, Ki  Aikido focuses on the development of oneself and how  remaining calm and centred allows us to operate at our most effective state both mentally and physically.
 
Through these sessions, practitioners will learn the principles of Aikido, Ki development and techniques for self defense and safety and also learn how  to apply Aikido techniques not only for self-defense but also in daily life through mind and body coordination.

All instructors are certified through Ki Society headquarters (Ki no Kenkyu Kai) in Tokyo, Japan.
